I have been calling at least monthly for 6 months trying to get an itemized receipt for insurance purposes and it seems as though their billing provider changes monthly - all of which will promise documents that never arrive. In calling this morning, I am now on my 4th wait at different numbers, having been rerouted now three times. Unbelievably frustrating."
