"Schedule an appointment, instead of just showing up. Check in at the kiosk was a breeze. Staff was very friendly and efficient."
"Staff does not possess the ability to read it seems. Nothing like waiting 30 minutes to have an assistant demand that you be fasting when your paperwork and Dr. states its not required"
"Terrible experience! After speaking with someone on the phone to make sure they took newborns my daughter made an appointment. We had a newborn there for a blood test Today . The technician had no idea how to take blood from a newborn Was inadequately prepared/trained to handle the procedure. Will not be going back"
"They ask you to check in online and sit in your car untill you receive the text from them. I checked in and waited for 15 minutes in my car and then got tired and went inside the building. Guess what? The lady said oh I called your name twice! You ask people wait in the car and then you call their name inside the office? CHANGE YOUR INSTRUCTION and know that people are not your puppets!"
"Needed to have lab work done today per my physician's request. The location is convenient and the signage is visible. There is ample parking. That said, the ease of booking an appointment online was the most pleasant part of my experience. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. The lady at the desk helped me check in since the Kiosk wanted information I had already submitted online. I waited about 5 minutes before I was called back to room 1. The lady who took my blood my quite rude, rushed and rough. It's hard to describe but it was clear that she didn't want to be there and most definitely didn't care about my experience. I showed her where my best vein in my arm was and she responded with a very curt "ok, thank you." Look lady, I've been stuck a bajallion times and I want you to get it right on the first try so you don't have to be rude...was what I really wanted to say. At any rate, she found the vein I identified and stuck me...no butterfly needles here...which was disappointing. She had to dig around a few seconds after she stuck me before she got blood. After she was finished, I held the gauze. I told her I did not like paper tape and she went and found another type of dressing. After applying the bandage she turned to her computer and said, without even looking at me, "you can go." I guess we Americans are so adjusted to subpar medical care that we are supposed to accept a poor experience?? Anyway, will be finding another place to have labs in the future."
