"Vinny can be a bit grumpy sometimes, but I think I like his character and it makes this place great for me. I really love going here! My favorite is the turkey subs and the breaded mushrooms. I’ll have to try a pizza there soon. I haven’t had one yet since I just love the subs so much!!"
"The food is Great. the beer is ice cold. Vinny is grumpy."
"I was confused when I walked in, how they ran the place. Busy Friday nights they offer subs & pizza only, no dinner plates or spaghetti. OK I can accept the limited service. had a guest bartender aka patron serving since the barkeep was working the food counter. It is an experience and certain have room to improve but these days it’s really hard to get help and consistency no matter where you go."
"Not great. Didn't get a picture of the cheeseburger sub, lettuce tested weird. Chicken fingers were way overdone as seen in the pictures. Fries overdone and tasted like dirty oil. Cheese pizza wasn't bad but seemed a bit small for a large. I'd have trouble trying this place again."
"I can only agree with those who find the food here, lacking. We had an 'italian' style pizza which seems to have zero Italian, spaghetti with sausage and buffalo wings. The pizza had zero redeeming qualities. The crust is an odd texture for pizza, used also in sub rolls. It is airy with little flavor. The 'sauce' for spaghetti and pizza also lacks any distinct flavor other than regular, canned tomato. The sauce is part puree, part liquidy, lacking consistency. The wings were hot but not flavorful, rubbery instead of crispy. This place was short staffed but ringing in a ton of pick up orders. I would never eat here again. Go to Roccos in York Springs instead."
