"Recently went to get indoor potting soil. Easy to find what I needed and had an abundance of options. At check out, I attempted to use a gift card in the self-checkout kiosk. I ran into some problems with the reader, and a cashier walked over, unbidden, to assist. She walked me and the items to a register and when she had the same card reader problem, she typed in the gift card number and told me, "Next time, just ask for help." I did a 5-star review on their survey website. Denise was fantastic on a cold, wet, winter day. Will return to this location."

"This place was tight. All the materials wer in there place . Lots of staff well lit with lights . Plenty room to move around big ol parking lot. Plenty of everything need well stocked up . Floor clear and clean. Disinfected everything I saw. My experience here was great no hassles no worries no issues wentbin found what I wanted and left . All went well."

"Leaking home windows that are still under warranty. Manufacturer called for warranty issue, came out and informed me that the wrong windows were installed by Lowe’s for this location in the home. Lowe’s completely unwilling to remedy, claiming it’s not their problem “they don’t make the window”. They installed the wrong windows and will not stand behind their work in any way."

"Cashiers here are rude and extremely unhelpful. Usually go here because it's convenient but each time I go to the checkout, I'm made to feel like I'm stealing inventory or simply wasting their time. I've had one cashier regularly come over and maneuver her way through all of the times as I'm scanning them, tossing them wherever she feels. If you don't trust your customers, STOP FORCING THEM TO SCAN ALL OF THEIR OWN ITEMS. Please Lowes, open a cash register for your staff, they are very bored."

"This Lowe’s location tends to be well-staffed, with employees who are both helpful and knowledgeable. Otherwise it’s a pretty standard Lowe’s location; it carries everything you expect a Lowe’s to carry and it’s organized just like every other Lowe’s. One benefit is that it is collocates with multiple other stores, including IKEA. This clustering makes it easy to get to Lowe’s without sacrificing another trip because you’re traveling to an isolated location. Also there’s a weird security robot in the parking lot that offers minutes of amusement, as a plus."
