"I am a realtor in AZ and my client did an assumption with this company and they have to be the worst loan servicing company. They are completely heartless and do everything on there timelines. They had the clear to close 2 weeks ago and made buyer and seller wait 2 weeks and slow played everything. My client signed a form stating they can communicate with me and let's just say there was 0 communication at all. Feel bad for anyone who has to deal with people like this and that they get joy out of causing stress on people. Hope they put there head on a pillow at night knowing they don't care about the livelihood of anyone or if they are going to be homeless for a day because they blatantly don't care... if your doing an assumption loan with them hang on enjoy the ride. You guys should be ashamed of your process and the way you treat people."
