Sure, I'll just try throwing my cash at the computer screen. For some reason it won't take it. And that's not even getting into the online services habit of randomly changing my password, forcing length calls with customer service reps who heavily imply I'm trying to steal my own identity, and my sessions being declared inactivated due to inactivity literally four seconds after I log on. NFCU is rapidly approaching the point where switching banking services entirely is LESS of a hassle that dealing with their unending nonsense."
