"The men that delivered and set up our beds were terrific! They arrived right on schedule and were polite and friendly while they carried everything up the stairs and set up each bed efficiently. They removed all packaging materials and were on their way to the next delivery in short order. These young men did a great job!"

"I needed a mattress and support base right away. So I contacted one of the Mattress Firm stores in Eatontown, NJ. After talking to one of the reps, they in turn advised me, that they had it in the warehouse. So after purchasing what I needed, I drove to the warehouse in Robbinsville NJ, to pick it up. After contacting the warehouse, that I was outside, I was greeted a few minutes later with a friendly smile, in which after verifing my order, they helped load my order into my truck. I signed for my order and was on the way. The Mattress Firm employees have been terrific. I plan on returning when I need anything."

"Went to the warehouse due to timing. Was able to set up a pickup from my local store .when we arrived we had to use a buzzer to talk to someone and then we stood outside waiting almost 5 minutes for them to bring a box to the door .the store called to let them know we were coming but we were treated like we criminals. The person made a big deal out of coming out to write down the license plate (really) like the place dont have cameras all over the place . The funny thing is I purchased a 2000.00 bed a week prior and was going to get a second one at the end of the month BUT after being treated like a criminal I will shop elsewhere and my family will be going elsewhere to."
