"Your new shopping carts are very anti-family. When I arrive there with my 16 month old daughter, I like to use your cart to look around and bring my child back to my vehicle whether I purchase something or not. Now that you have these carts locked down, I literally have to abandon it at one of the doors and pick my child up and walk her to the car. This is not a welcome retail trend for anybody who has a small child."
