The services offered are not competitive (you get less than what you’d get fir the sane price with a competitor) and the quality of my pedicure was okay but the nail polish application was bad as well as my hands. Then on my gel fill in, he cut my pinky finger under my nail… I paid in full and didn’t tip. I definitely won’t be back."

"My daughter and I had a great experience! We just moved to the area, and as this salon is located very near our new place, we wanted to try it out so we could establish a regular salon relationship with a local business. We came in on a Thursday evening in the 5pm hour and it was perfect timing as we were just in between the influxes of customers. We were immediately seated in pedicure chairs, John put on a movie and brought us snacks and waters. We got the green tea pedicures and it was also like aromatherapy, it smelled amazing! Very nice after an hour in traffic driving in from a day in DC attending an art event. John did my pedicure, and was great. My daughter was very happy with her pedicure as well. After our pedicures, we got our manicures and I love how mine turned out! Finally my nails look worthy of the beautiful ring I inherited from my mom when she passed away. I really enjoyed chatting with John while getting my nails done. He's a great conversationalist and lovely man! He was great with my daughter who is quiet and introverted. I was really appreciative and impressed that during our experience no one was rushed. We have been to popular salons in the past where customers are pushed through like a factory experience and rushed to grab new customers who walk in. Everyone was greeted pleasantly and treated hospitably when they walked in and were there. I was really looking for a salon experience that will be relaxing and pleasant, where customers are treated well, they treat the business staff well, children are welcome to get their nails done and it's a fun experience for them. etc. This was exactly what I found here! I'm going to try to find slower times to come in because that's my personal preference, but I'm happy to see that I can expect even during a busy time, quality service will still be maintained. I also really like that another reviewer mentions that clients are welcome regardless of gender and there are male regulars. John also mentioned this in conversation. My husband has gotten pedicures with me in the past, and my teen son mentioned wanting to come in sometime."
