"I stepped in to the salon on my lunch break. The service was really quick and I am appreciative of that. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. I don't get my nails done often so I'm not sure if $72 is average for a gel nail set. Overall I love the nails and quality of service."

"Waited for a walk in pedicure appointment another Caucasian woman walks in after me and gets seated and service before me. They leave me in the chair feet soaking for 20mins before anyone ever says someone will be back to help you. Poor Customer service, I recommend other nail spas in the area."

Requested a specific service (gel pedicure) and was given a pedicure with regular polish instead, broken toe nail and uneven polish. I was not offered any reasonable resolution either. "I have been going to Superior Nail Salon for more than 5 years. I enjoy Tiffany and Julie’s gel fill, manicure and pedicure services most. They call you by your name and listen to your requests. I recently scheduled an appointment with Kim but when I arrived, she was not there! I had to wait 30 minutes but decided to leave because my time is just as valuable as theirs. The rates are higher than other local salons. Be sure to schedule an appointment instead of walking in, ask questions and speak up if you’re not comfortable."
