"This place is no good.. horrible service, don’t know how to take criticism, & are very rude when you tell them that there’s a certain way you want your nail. 70$ for a short set? Hell no. I’ll never be coming back. Place needs to be shut down honestly."

"I used to love this place, but the quality has gone down immensely. I went 3 more times because I wanted to believe it was just one individual. But today, it confirms that it’s not. I first had a lady that was nice, but she cut a lot of corners. She was rushing and did not care about my nails. The second time I had a man who did an okay job, but my nails still chipped after a week. Then the third time (today) I went and the lady that sits at the 3rd chair on the right was completely rough, rude and was rushing. My nails did not come out right and I had to say something about missing multiple spots on my nails with paint. She said “no” so of course im ready to walk out. I then asked for a simple flower design, the photo I showed her she could not do so I said okay, do whatever flower you know how to do, and it was blue blobs on my nail. She did not ask me what shape I wanted, she was drilling on the HIGHEST setting and I kept telling her it hurt or I would flinch my hand away, and she did not slow down or say I’m sorry… NOTHING. Every single one of my nails is a different size and shape. I then just came to the conclusion that I would pay but I will absolutely not come back."

"I wanted such a simple set…first a man did it and as he was doing it he kept moving my hand out of the way. Then a lady came to do the lines on my nails(very nice btw) but it just wasn’t working for me. She removed the paint and re-did my nails; they do look better but definitely not what I wanted."
