"I recently visited your store with my family in search of furniture, and I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with the customer service. Upon entering the store, I noticed that I was being followed by staff members throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I did not receive any greetings or assistance during this time. The lack of engagement and constant surveillance made the shopping experience uncomfortable for me and my family. I believe that a more customer-friendly approach, such as actively greeting customers and offering assistance, would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere of your store. It's disheartening to feel unwelcome and closely monitored while trying to make a purchase decision. I ended up leaving due to feeling uncomfortable."

Upon entering, I did not receive any offers for assistance, but I noticed staff members following me around the store, which made me feel uncomfortable. The situation was further exacerbated by their mumbled conversations under their breath. Regrettably, this experience has led me to the decision that I will not be conducting any business with VIP FURNITURE in the future."

"These people are racist, and I literally just left their store. Upon our arrival, the employees trailed my family throughout the entire establishment. When we were looking for the prices, an older man was just staring and not offering any assistance. I decided to stop walking and frighten the woman who was following behind me by turning around quickly. She was hoping I wouldn't figure out they were following us. They run the most dishonest store I have ever seen, and all of their furniture is expensive but cheap. They are Hispanic themselves, and it pains me that they treat other people of color in such an unbelievable way. They would not even have done all that to us if I were white, I bet. I hope they change their awful ways and provide better customer service."

"Visited two weeks ago and bought some furniture. Upon receiving found packing issues and missing parts.Upon complaining, received very rude and arrogant behavior from all three guys who work there including one of them who claimed he is the owner. Shady pricing and practices and literally non-existent customer service and talking etiquettes. Fortunately there are plenty of other stores around offering excellent services and are focussed on building long term client relationships for positive outcomes. I’m never visiting here again."
