"I ordered a sofa in November and while placing the order I had a good customer service and they promised me to deliver by first week of December. Later the order was delayed and each time when I called the delivery date was pushed and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. I understand with all the holiday season and orders but the lady who called me over the phone regarding my order was very rude and not polite. You cannot disrespect someone after you placed the order. I highly encourage the management to look into this."
