The mood is light and she is real down to earth. I loved her waves and I plan on returning to her when I visit the Burgh again. Had a great time in her shop."

"Omg, where to begin...myself and my 2daughters had appts scheduled back to back. My oldest daughter’s appt was first so she drove herself. Imagine my surprise when i showed up an hour and 15 minutes later with her sister and saw she had not even began to be serviced. Carla was outside on the phone screaming at someone using the most profane language. So I go inside and when she comes in she tells me Diamond (the stylist for my youngest daughter) did not come in today and she didn’t know if she was coming or not so she called her. Guess what..Diamond ain’t coming. I’ve driven 45mins for these appts and no one could have the courtesy to give me a heads up that the appt needed to be changed!! Ok so my older daughter is still sitting here waiting patiently and guess what..time for ANOTHER phone call of screaming profanity and arguing with someone about how she doesn’t want to see them in jail. 10 minutes pass and now she’s back. I try to ask her how long before my appointment starts since there are 4 other people in the salon who I could tell are losing patients also. She tells me she can’t give me a time but if I’m “pressed” for time it would be better to reschedule. RESCHEDULE???? I don’t think so! If I see you screw up 3 appts in one day AND have another girl come back 2hrs later?? You can’t have my business."

"I've been here about 5 times. 3 of my hairstyles were decent the other 2 was not so great. My sew in been in for a month and tracks are already coming out. On top of me waiting 30 mins for my hair stylist to show up. The staff is friendly and I was given a discount once, but hair styling needs to be improved."
