"WORST PLACE EVER!!! Show up for an appt with TORI and show her the extensions I wanted her to match my hair color to-“ I don’t have time for that!” With out even attempting to right the wrong and get me in another day. I decided to stay because I don’t get to do things for myself often. We’ll, $195 later for nowhere near what I wanted, I get home and I have foil marks an inch below my root, blonde to dark to blonde streaks going down my hair, literal bleach spots, and nothing like any ‘balayage’ I’ve spent half the price on to get what I asked!! LISA the manager wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say because ‘she already heard it from Tori’ and when I said tori didn’t even try to reschedule and messed up my hair, she said, “we’ll if you’d come in and let me fix it”. Why would I go there ever again?!! Save your hundreds of dollars because these people are all about the money and could care less about the customer or whether you come back or not!!"
