"Called to see if I could come in for a full set and color change on toes. I was asked to come in at 1pm. Got there promptly and was given the color pallet and was informed the wait would be a “few minutes, “ yet I sat for 20 with absolutely no service. If there is a conflict in schedule, I’d rather be informed of that upfront as opposed to not being serviced when I was given a specific time to come in. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment"

The manicure was good until I left and realized the edges or tips of nails were not smooth and polish on skin wasn't removed...she was talking to coworker the last 15 mins and I wasn't paying attention. Invested 2 hrs and didn't feel like making a fuss. Also noticed I wasn't offered a drink but others were. Nice looking place and staff seemed friendly. Could always improve upon this. 105 bucks with tip...It should be perfect."
