She took my appointment last minute which I truly appreciated. It was clean and my daughter said everyone was very nice. I will be making this her go to salon."

"I brought my son in for a simple retwist. She insisted it needed to be completely taken out and redone since it was done in the “wrong direction.” She also insisted his twists were too small and were at risk for being pulled out easily. Because I didn’t know any better, like a fool I listened to her and let her put bigger ones in even though that’s not what we really wanted. She took out the excellent job that the previous woman did and replaced it with something that immediately looked bad. Later found out everything she told me was wrong. Additionally, while doing his hair she got frustrated with my son who said she was hurting him and she flat out threatened to slap him! I asked for my money back and she refused. This picture is how his hair looked not a week after she put the twists in. Going to her was a huge waste of my time and money. Now his twists look subpar and we are stuck with them permanently as they become locs, or we have to take it out and do it over a third time. Literally thanks for nothing."
