"It took “Rich” 10 minutes to cut my hair… the fastest hair cut I have ever gotten. It seemed like he just literally did not care. I asked for a light fade and a shape up. He literally made my sides bald. He shaved my sideburns off and did not even attempt a shape up. It literally looks like he just made me bald. I went here because it was convenient area, but I will never return. Rich did not even talk with me and charged me $30 for the worst haircut I have ever gotten. $30 for a 10 minute careless haircut. At least have some passion in what you do. This has now ruined my week. I usually feel good after a haircut, but now I feel embarrassed. Other than the haircut, after I left the review they handled the process very professionally. I can appreciate Ms. Sandy and Nakia for being very understanding. Also I appreciate Ms. Sandy for how nice and caring she was towards me when I got my refund. The refund does not change my haircut, but I can say they handled the situation with care. They took time out to speak with me after this, and I appreciate the information I was given. Thank you for how you guys took care of this, and I hope things can get better as time goes on."
