"Called Tina to see if available. Told to come, arrived 11:40. Took 20min to find parking. She had a bad attitude told me to come back at 3pm. Replied not wasting my gas, she had no client, she still talking smack. I replied I don't want you doing my nails Angry. I clearly Asked for Acrylics w/ regular polish for a party. I have thin nails and plan to remove before damage. Tina took the liberty to do Gel and I found out at counter when I saw the bill. This was a CRAZY, DECEITFUL EXPERIENCE!!!"

"I wanted to update my review for this business-I am a regular at this salon and I love it here. Vin is AMAZING and she is my main stylist. I have been to Tina as well and she is good too! They are super detail oriented and execute their styles very well! They take a bit longer than other salons, but they do an incredible job. For acrylic and dip, I would suggest allotting 2 hours in your schedule to give them time to do their absolute best. These ladies aren’t only good at nails, but they are extremely kind. I feel good spending my money at this place. Van’s customer service is some of the best that I have ever experienced and you can tell how kind her heart is."
"I was hesitant at first because of the mixed reviews but I'm so glad I decided to go. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a hello and "how may I help you?" I was immediately seated and the nice woman (TIna) started the service. Instead of waiting until after my pedicure, she took the time out to wrap my dip powdered old nails in foil and acetone, so they could soak while she worked on my toes. Everything was so efficient without me feeling rushed. Tina made sure to ask me questions to ensure that I enjoyed my services. I do not live in VA, (i live in NE DC), but if I am ever in the area again, I would be sure to go to this salon and see Tina again. She is the sweetest and she is talented. I absolutely love my nails. Thank you Tina!!!!"
