"I go here for pedicures and eyebrows.. the staff is nice they offer you a drink ( can soda or water) while you get your nails or toes done. It’s fairly new so still clean. UPDATE: It’s been over a year now and my ladies are still going strong I live for Kim, Kelly, And Rose! They are the Amazing Three! Rose Is The Best Person In Pedi’s, Kelly For my Nails, and Kim Does the best eye brows hands down. I do recommend if you are ever in the area."
"I had an issue with my fill-in design, and I went back the next day, and they fixed it better than what I was expecting ..the first are picks, are the redo"
"I have been to this place a few times for pedicures and I’d say it works for me and is overall pretty good but I just had the best ever from Kim and I’m going to keep coming to her I hope. I’ve never once had a wait coming here but maybe it’s just the times that I come."
"This salon is extremely inconsistent and lacks common decency and customer service etiquette. More than half of the staff here is rude, disrespectful, not good at what they do, and on top of all of that – pathological liars. I am the kind of customer who gets her nails done every 2 weeks and I value great customer service – things such as being greeted, being attended to, and receiving a great nail service. I value this because I have run a small business before and these types of gestures not only help you retain customers and be profitable, but customer service either makes or breaks someone’s day. Below are instances that have taken place at the salon: - If you have an appointment, it doesn’t mean much. The technician might not be available when you get there and everyone will be super shocked but no one will actually step up to help. - If you ask questions throughout your service…for example: “why are you putting acrylic on top of hard gel”, you will be met with passive-aggressive comments such as “I know what I’m doing.” - When your nails mess up or break the next day, the same person that knew what they were doing will continue to be even more passive aggressive towards you. - You might make an appointment with a technician, you’ll be lied to and told that the technician’s parents died but then a few days later when you reschedule, the same technician will text to say that he must take his dad to an appointment. - If you are particular about anything, you will be mocked in their native tongue based on body language and specific English words that are clear indicators of who they are talking about. - You will also be charged different prices for the same service and then gaslighted if you speak up. This salon has so much potential but unfortunately it is a hot mess. The only individuals who are honest and kind are Mr Chau and the elderly lady. The rest are a mix of terrible communicators who lack common decency and basic customer service skills and blatantly lie to their customers. The attached picture is an example of the technician who “knew what she was doing”. This was the result within 24 hours of her doing my nails. If you are looking for a better experience, I would suggest that you head over to Eastern Market and visit Luna Nails or Nail Saloon. At least you won’t feel disrespected and you will actually have a pleasant experience."
"I had a great experience. This was my first time visiting. I was greeted when I entered. And also offered water. My nail tech was a gentleman name Chau. He was very friendly and funny. He listened to what and I wanted and did a great job! I will definitely be going back!"
