Then when time for the haircut, the stylist said absolutely nothing to reassure the 2 yr old, when about to wrap him in the smock, he was scared, she said nothing to build safety with him. I guess he moved his head during the haircut and she cut a bald spot on the side of his head. Then he got a mouth full of hair with no assistance from the stylist .Suffice it to say that it is common sense to just say a couple reassuring words to a small child. Take your children to another place for a haircut!"
