"Cindy is the best! Takes her time. Has a strong work ethic. Runs on time. Nails always on point. The dip set can last up to 3 weeks. She even files and buffs the edges, which is a nice finishing touch!"

The skin above my nail beds is irritated and red from being aggressively abraded with the file and there is a lot of flooding in my side wall and cuticles that I'm certain will cause lifting and peeling within a few days. This was after already having to ask for a fix due to the tech using a different color than I requested, and I didn't have time or energy to insist on another fix. I also was already experiencing pain during curing because my nails had been thinned out so much during removal, so I just wanted to get out of there."
