"This was my first time getting my nails done. My original visit was good, although, I noticed two of the nails were not on straight. Nine days after my visit, one nail fell off. I called and they said they could see me at noon. The lady who put the nails on agreed I needed a fill, but failed to mention that the polish I chose bumped the price to $57!! The first time I saw her, she was so kind and talkative, but this time…I felt like I was somehow inconveniencing her. She was rude, barely said two words to me, and when I told her some of the nails looked messy, she blamed me, saying, “it’s how you put them in the heater.” I was truly so sad when I left there. I was having a rough week, and this was how I chose to do some self-care. I didn’t put my nails in the heater any differently than I did the first time, she just didn’t want to do a fill that day, and made it so clear by her behavior and the rushed job. It takes a lot for me to post a negative review, but I didn’t spend this kind of money to walk out of there with my nails looking like this. I’ll never go back."

"I had a lovely pedicure. Visa is the only credit card accepted. The tech gave me an amazing foot massage as part of the spa pedicure ($55+tip). Including drying time (traditional polish), I was out in 70 minutes."
