"I’m not sure how this place has over a 4 star rating, but it was absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I called ahead to make an appointment and inquire to make sure that there were technicians who did Gel-X sets. I was informed that there were 3 and I was scheduled accordingly. I came for a gel-x full set and pedicure and knew it was going to be a problem. The technician, Lily, had trouble applying each nail, to the point where they were coming off in the shop and she just blamed it on the light. My cuticles were burning on my nails and toes because she cut too deep. The next day, I noticed some of my designs were coming off so I went back to have it “fixed.” This lasted less than 24 hours, because the next day, an entire nail popped off, along with rhinestones on other nails. When I called to see when it could be fixed, I was told to come in at a certain time since everyone was busy. Then when I got there, I was informed that the tech, Lily, decided to leave early even thought she knew I was coming, and the only person who could fix it was busy. They finally “fixed” the breakage and with an attitude. I went out of town out of the country a few days later and other nails started breaking as well. I had to find a nail salon in Portugal to do a full set all over again with less than a week of having a new one. It’s unfortunate because the service seemed really good with the wine and snacks, the technician herself was really friendly the whole time, it’s just the quality of work is below subpar. I’ve never gone to a nail salon 3 times in 3 days and it’s still an issue with the nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and this was as bad as I’ve seen. I hope they can train their technicians better with their technique."

"I only come to this salon for Jade!! She is hands down the best technician. Amazing customer service, she is creative and creates top tier, lavish nails!! I have been coming to Jade for 2 years and she never disappoints!!"

"This place is very beautiful when you enter. I went in for a pedicure and a full set. The gentlemen Tri came right over and got my seat ready for the pedicure. He was very nice, brought we over some grapes, some traditional bread, and a coke! His service was 5 stars and above. I take 1 star off because of the nail technician, Alex. He did not clean up my cuticles or do any nail cleaning before putting the tips on. Even after i mentioned to him to clean them up. There was also a big miscommunication in the price that was told to me when I first arrived for the full set. I showed them the image, and the price told to me was $55. When I went to pay, i was charged $40 additional for the specific design that I wanted. They ended up discounting it $17 because it was my first time there, and because of the misinformation so I was fine with it because at the end of the day, he did do the work and the manager was super apologetic and nice about it. I would definitely come here again for the pedicure with Tri and maybe try a different nail tech."
