"Went in to get a broken nail fixed, then asked "do I get my nails done there", when I responded "no I don't", his response was "well it's gonna be a long wait". I then asked "was it a long wait bc I don't get my nails done here" and he just looked dumb founded and then tried to explain, that everyone had a client. I walked out because that was a bunch of nonsense. I just moved to this area, and I thought this would be my new shop, but I guess not!"

"The nails pop off!! Went on a Sunday and by Wednesday 5 nails had popped completely off like press on nails. I questioned the quality of the powder as I have been getting powder for 4 years elsewhere with zero problems! We away this weekend and lost several more. Less then a week and even after getting them repaired I have 5 nails remaining with polish. Such a disappointment all around."
