"Please pay attention while they’re doing your nails and examine it before you leave. The service here is very subpar and it feels like they just want finish your service quickly and go to the next person. I told myself I wouldn’t come back here, but I just wanted to go somewhere closer. Also, I know how to do my own nails. I came for a basic pedicure to treat myself. When she was done painting my nails, two of my nails were not completely painted and one of my nails had a visible hump from the nail polish. When I tried to point them out to her, she tried to act like she didn’t understand me. She rushed me, so she could go to the next person. I’m not sure what I’m paying for. You would think she was doing me a favor or something. I’ll definitely go somewhere else next time. I tip whenever I get my hair, eyebrows, or hair done, but not this time."

"not a great experience at all. they had 5 or 6 employees all cackling and speaking vietnamese VERY loudly. No consideration for a customer getting a pedicure when it's supposed to be relaxing. also had nails done (dip). As soon as I got back to the car I noticed one nail wasn't smooth and then when I got home, realized it was all of them and they are way too thick. Really upset. Just spent A LOT of money there and I left with a headache! And the floors are filthy. Will not be going back!"

"Honestly… I have gone to this establishment several times and I always leave disappointed. I have gotten several pedicures from several of the staff and everyone just doesn’t do well. I’ve had gel polish come off the VERY next day… I’ve had staff smudge the gel & get upset when I’ve asked to fix it. I have left with gel polish on my sandals…how?! I pay $60 + tip only for the gel to last less than 5 days every. Single. Time. I want to love this place but it’s just not high quality like they promote. It seems like they hire people with no actual experience. I’m embarrassed to post these but here is a picture of my toenails from today 9/15/23… so not happy & will not be returning or recommending this place."

"If I could give zero stars I would :( unfortunately. IF YOU ARE BLACK I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, AFTER BEING RACIALLY TARGETED. Almost all of the staff were rushing to leave and ignoring their clients (me and my mother) towards the end of our service we were threatened by the young man as he said “I’m going to call the police” all because they ignored and refused to fix an entire hand that was not good work/quality (very rushed/careless) even after asking them to remove it they ignored and refused; as a paying customer especially after the racist police comment I refused to pay for what I asked them to remove or fix, but payed for my other service which still was done a bit carelessly."

"Nice and friendly staff with lots of options. I do think it is a bit over priced, especially since I asked for French tip and the lines were not clean or even. The gel is built up on a few of my nails creating a bump where the polish is. So, not really happy about that but if you want just a solid coat this place would be good. Also my nail tech kept asking if I wanted my eyebrows done. I said no but she then asked again. If I wanted my eyebrows done I would have asked for the service. I don’t need to know that you don’t like my brows, that’s your own opinion."
