"2 minutes ago NEW I had my eye lashes(singles, not the strip) done here a week ago by a man called Kevin, the next day they all fell off, I called him on the phone and kindly he asked me to just stop by for a redo for free. Days later I stopped by and he blantly refused to do my eye lashes claiming people have lied to him before and he suspected I could be also, he said I should have gone back the very day I spoke with him on the phone. I explained that I lived over 30mins away, there was no way I could have come and that he didn’t mention that over the phone. I literally had all other customers in the salon talking to him attempting to convince him to redo my lashes. After a very long unsuccessful conversation I just walked out. Very disappointing and unprofessional."

"Worst experience I have ever had in a nail shop. If I could give a zero star I would. First and foremost, their hygiene standards are horrendous. I know I should’ve left after I seen the standards but I thought I would give it a shot since I’ve seen that she has 10 years of experience with doing nails. Nothing was cleaned or prepared before I sat down after another client got up and left. She had me put my nail’s underneath a lamp… yes the lamp to dry them off . I had my hand raised so high to that lamp holding it to dry it off which was extremely uncomfortable to say the lease. Their pricing absolutely does not match the service they’re providing. I didn’t feel relaxed the whole time. I paid 85$ for a simple acrylic short nail set that only had French tips, I didn’t even have a color underneath . Kim just slapped that orange onto my nails to create the french tip. I wanted to leave the place so bad so I just paid and left , and knew I would never ever come back . I will be redoing my nails now literally already booked another appointment . I cried after the service that’s how horrible my nails looked. Please run as far as possible from this nail shop."

"Tony has been doing my nails for over two years. Dip powder with gel color and a gel pedicure. Everyone there is friendly and family oriented. They have a very wide selection of colors, although I prefer pinks/nudes. The prices are extremely fair too."

"Thee WORST POSSIBLE NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! On top of it being awful it hurt because the lady was attempting to use a drill on my raw nails so she was drilling down to my actual skin….for no reason because it’s my raw nail. Then she used her dirty *** fingernail to correct her polish and cut me…and!!! they look like balls and I just left."
