"I read reviews online and decided to give this place a try due to my regular nail tech being gone for a month. I decided to just get a pedicure with gel polish. My water was not hot and there was no soap or anything added to the water. I had to ask her (Tammy) twice to make the water hot and it never got hot. I have never had a pedicure that was this bad at a salon/spa. I have become accustomed to nail techs paying attention to detail like nail length and shape, taking their time (like drying off my legs before adding lotion from a pack) and not scrubbing my foot without an adequate amount of soap. I just didn’t have a good experience. For me to spend more money than I normally would and not get the same or a fraction of the same services Ive received elsewhere is crazy. A waste of my $55 plus tax"

"I got my nails done by helen on 11/25. i got a gel manicure. when helen was applying the polish to my nails, i asked for an additional coat (so 3 coats) of polish because it looked THIN as you can see in the picture. Helen proceeded to yell “No!” at me loudly and rudely, then tells me she told me no because “the polish will be too thick and will cause your nails to chip early”, and that she only has 2 coats on hers and they’ve lasted a long time. well thanks for nothing helen because your work as already chipped. maybe i knew what i was talking about when i asked for an additional coat, also not everyone’s nail beds are the same so 2 coats may last long on YOUR nails but not long on MY nails. . it hasn’t even been a week. i will not be back. helen was rude and nasty, and should not speak to customers that way. she should have been accommodating but was the opposite. i will go somewhere where the nails will last too, i have NEVER had a gel polish chip this fast. NEVER!. what a waste of my money. i remember why i stopped coming here. they also charge you a fee for paying with your card. what kind of money hungry place is this? never heard of anything like that! and it should never be on the customer to pay for a fee like that! always the consumer! smh"

"Sadly I forgot I came here before several months ago and the same woman did my nails (Tammy) . She didn’t shape my nails good, I let that slide. I told her I wanted marble nails , she told me she can do them and tried to charge me 130 for the nails. But drew swiggly lines and then asked me if I liked them . Then when shaping my nails she was rough I said ouch a couple times . Afterwards I have like 3 cuts on my fingers. I told them I don’t want the nails since I couldn’t get the design and I didn’t like the shape of them. I told them to cut the nails and she still pressed me for 70 dollars. So I told her to not do anything else to them and so I didn’t have to pay. I will be suing Tammy for her negligence and heartlessness. I heard that the guy does the best nails and I did like my lashes that the other lady did ❤️."

"I got acrylic nails for the first time and they lasted so long! The staff members are trained in providing gentle and pain-free nail treatments, prioritizing your comfort at all times. The people were very nice as well. I'm constantly getting compliments on how great my gel nails look and the manicure last!"

"The job is superb. I've been getting my nails done over 10 years in 3 different states and Amy is so talented that I wonder how I've even had anything else before her. The products are natural and help my skin to look beautiful. She makes it feel like a true girls time and I'm so comfortable around her that it's a pleasure. I take a trip out to see her and I love the salon too. It's located in a pretty cool area and fast for me to get to after work."
