"when for a pedicure . around 6 males working on nothing while one did my pedicure . only female and customer they had . they would take turns walking up talking to the man doing to toes in their language ever so often ! them to top it off he cut my toe nails down till they hurt and crocked ! i wanted to leave so bad . cut the hell out of my cuticles . so glad i had a trip next day ."

"Worst experience ever. Got refill on Tuesday had to go back Wednesday bc my index nail cracked on the acrylic. now Friday a whole nail has peeled off polish. I paid $77 for this to not even last aweek. I couldn't make it to my regular nail person so read reviews and went here based off reviews. I don't know what tech I'd getting them 4 star reviews but I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. I get my nails done biweekly and have been growing my natural nails out since February 2023. this refill is poor quality. the polish is poor quality and the design is amateur."

"This is unfortunately one of the worst pedicures I’ve had in years. The lady that sat me didn’t do acrylic on toes, so a man came and did that part. He did a decent job shaping but my two big toes were two completely different lengths. The lady did not take direction well at all and was pushing my hand away when I was trying to show her what I wanted adjusted. She did three layers of color, an undercoat and a top coat which means there is overall FIVE layers of gel on each toe. Because of this, the polish is extremely bulky, especially at the beginning of the nail bed. I went back for them to fix the shorter toe and it was WORSE. Now the shape is terrible. Extremely disappointed in this place. My first and last time coming here."

"Everyone here was really nice, so the customer service was a 10/10. Sam did my nails like a photo I showed and I could not be happier. My nails have never looked better. The space is also very clean and spacious. Thank you!"
