"We were in a panic,needing an electric recliner asap due to surgery. After a rough start with a different RAC store, I was frantic calling pharmacies, medical supply stores and small mom&pops. All the while receiving poor customer service. To my delight, Nick, the store manager called to followup on my request to the other store. He was overly helpful, found a delivery window that worked for us and made everything “frictionless”. Thanks Jim and Colby! I highly recommend this store location and Nick, Jim and Colby! As they say, “easy, peasy”. #kaboom!"

"I needed an ebike immediately. Having been a good customer of rent a center for years I immediately thought to use you. I contacted the Lansdale store in which the manager was very helpful himself but due to corporate not putting correct information on its website I am left without an ebike that I needed. I demand answers from corporate and still want to use rent a center for the bike but I am being told I need to special order it and put 25 dollars down to do so when rent a center originally on the website said 10. It is through no fault of the manager or his employees who are trying anyway they can to help. Corporate you need to make this right and order me a new ebike and get it to Lansdale. I know you may not care about one customer but you will after I post it on social media. I'm asking for you to take care of down payment and get me the bike as promised on your website."
