"Olivia who works the Amazon returns at the Kohl’s Ralph’s Corner store in Lansdale PA is an amazing employee. I’m usually there when they first open for the day. She’s always prepared, so pleasant and courteous. When people are in line with numerous items, she quickly and pleasantly gets things done. She keeps that line moving along. That’s why I go there for my returns. Then, I shop at Kohl’s with my discount coupon she gives me from the return. If I were an employee at Kohl’s I’d love to have her work beside me. She deserves some recognition for her outstanding customer service."

"Crazy shopping experience. Nearly everything is on sale, with coupon and additional discounts to boot. The pricing is quite confusing. Having said that, lots of product and selection."

"Kohls is getting downrated by me. The stores no longer have brand names above their locations, not many employees when on registers (don’t even try giving us check yourself out!) On line shopping is no better. No rebate receipts sent, false advertising on Thermal curtains & women’s sizing is getting worse. May as well not shop there anymore after Sooo long."

"I enjoy the cleanliness and the people are always so kind. I was returning a Amazon package and I was sworn to not shop in Kohls again bc any business that gets involved in political issues must know there is a backlash. Can’t make everyone happy! I hope they learned their lesson & stick to delivering service and great products to the customers and stay out of politics. I found an excellent sale and end up buying 2 items. 1st time I shopped in Kohls in almost a year. Now I hope others will give them a 2nd chance too. They do have great products for sale and great service too"
