"My nail tech moved to this location, so I followed because I have been working with her for years and love her. The spa is nice, clean and very accessible, but it is very noisy -specially when the lady I believe is the manager is there, as she is very loud and seems to be scolding the techs all the time- and sometimes I have considered using another facility; but as I said, I just love my technician. The main issue seems to be in the late afternoon/ evening, as I have found mornings to be more relaxing. So my ratings are: Nail Tech: 5 Overall service:5 Cleanliness: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Relaxation potential: 2"
"Went here due to needing a new set of dip. I wanted dip on my natural nails which I felt was expensive. The cost was 70 dollars because I wanted a design. They were nice, but would not cute down my cuticles which I thought was odd due to the fact that I paid 70 dollars for a very natural nail style. The nails looked nice until about a week later my nails began to chip and turn colors. I would never go here again. They charge a lot for the nail quality to be so poor."
"Run away from this place. They are extremely unprofessional, they don’t follow their policy & my nails looked horrible . (Zoom in you’ll see tiny hair fibers in the acrylic powder, all lines are uneven) When I returned to see if maybe another tech , could fix my nails. The older lady (manager) proceeds to tell me “ I should’ve took my previous set off , if I didn’t want them to look like that and the only way I could be serviced is if I paid for a new set.” So I guess fill ins mean do the bare minimum .. I had the worst experience here & I won’t be returning !"
"Brought my 14 year old daughter here today to have her nails done for graduation. I paid $35 for her pedicure which looks fine. I paid $75 for her to have tips. We asked for dipping powder- they did acrylic. The gentleman helping her took a cigarette break in the middle of her manicure- he came back stinking like smoke. Almost 3 hours after she started her mani/pedi this is what the end result looks like. Lumpy, overly thick, not contoured, and too wide for her nails. On top of that her fingers burn from her manicurist abrading her fingers all around her nails. They offered to fix it for her, but honestly after 3 hours with a result like this, not to mention her being in physical pain from the drill abrading her skin, fixing it would have been too painful for her. I also had groceries from Costco sitting in my car spoiling because who would ever think that should take 3 hours? I asked for a partial refund so we can go somewhere closer to home when she feels better to have the manicure fixed- they refused. I paid $110 for another daughter to get a mani/pedi. $50 for me to get mani/pedi with no polish. The only part I was asking for my money back was for the $75 for the tips that look horrible. The shop was unwilling to do the partial refund or share the owner contact info for me to reach out."
