"My son got starter locs, the service took about two hours total. The location was clean and organized. The appointment started on time. The stylist was friendly, but they didn’t offer products to purchase on site to maintain the style."

"The fact that they have twist in the salon name is beyond me, some of the stylists don't seem to care if you leave their chair with frizzy twists that won't even last a day. I've had two bad experiences there, so I definitely won't return. The first time the manager did make it right so I tried them again. But I recently went in and paid $100 for flat twists, they were so frizzy, they looked like they were two weeks old, so I had to take them out. If you have thick natural hair, I don't recommend it, they will charge a density fee, but still can't get it right."

Hannah was really gentle with my hair, which is nice because I'm very tender headed. She really did a great job and I love the style that she did! I told her to do whatever style she wanted to.
