She talks down to them and berates them in front of not just staff but also loud enough for customers to hear. It doesn’t create a positive environment, especially when I’m coming to relax."

She was the happiest person and just such a wonderful woman! She gave me some tips for my hair and recommendations for which shampoos and conditioners I should use for my hair. Best salon!"
