"Very rude staff!! I got yelled at for wanting to get my nails done"
"Eyebrows. Worst eyebrow treatment ever. Left with wax in both eyebrows and a mess. I'll have to clean up myself which defeats the purpose. First time using this place and last. Not sure how you can mess this up but she did."
"I would give zero stars if i could, the lady did not know how to do the work i came in for, did the work improperly, filed my skin open and claimed it was all because my nails were too short but not once did she say this before the appointment. None of the equipment was clean, sanitized or new in package. She had a box of used files that she used interchangeably.. absolutely disgusting."
"They do a decent job. The service dropped from my first time. First time, I got a little massage, a little conversation, and very detailed work. Maybe because she was trying to see if I was new to the area or if it would be a one time visit. Second time, i got shuffled around to different technicians for them to service someone else that had just walked through the door. The technician kept giving me the irritated look while doing my nails. Needless to say, the tip reflected their work the last time. I do like that the shop is clean. They use foot tub covers that gives the impression that they are more sanitized. The shop also doesn't smell like a bunch of fumes. Maybe because the clientele for the area isn't getting full sets."
"The staff was very curtious and friendly, the poor quality of their products however, was astonishing. Within 24 hours, my polish was completely separating from my nails! My French Manicure was completely destroyed within 3 days. My pedicure lasted a bit longer, but not by much."
