"Clean and nice salon, very friendly ladies unfortunately they were super busy around Christmas and rushing - my nails are now ruined. The shape wasnt done well and the gel was filled off too harshly and my nail buds were in so much pain (still are a month later) so I have decided to just cut everything and start over. My nails are bright red still and thin thin thin. I am sure they are usually good but this experience has scarred me and I will never go back unfortunately."

"What a wonderful experience I had today. This was my first time at Herndon Nail and Spa and it was definitely the right choice. Nina was the nail tech who took care of me today she was sweet and polite. Her work is fantastic. I have definitely found my new nail shop. The shop was nice and clean. The price of my services was worth every penny☺️ Wish I could give a 10 stars instead of 5"

"I am always happy with my nails when I get them done here. My boyfriend comes with me to get pedis and he is pretty particular (because he has had poor experiences at other nail places.) We both love this place though! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I even brought my mother in for Mother’s Day and she was SO happy with what her nails looked like afterward. Highly recommend Herndon Nails!"

"It's been years since I've gotten my nails done and I'm so glad I got them done here. The salon is clean, cozy, and welcoming. Kristy was so kind and patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted since it's been so long since I've gotten my nails done. She always checked in with me to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. You can tell how skilled she is and how hard she works. I got dip powder with tips and sparkly purple gel cateye polish on almond shaped nails. I love how they turned out and can't stop looking at them. Cateye is really cool how it uses magnets during application and changes color depending on how light reflects on it. I'm gonna try to add videos to show it better but for some reason I'm having trouble attaching them to this review. Overall 10/10 great experience and can't wait for my next appointment!"

"Have gone here twice now and the staff is always so friendly and detail-oriented. Kristy, the owner, is FANTASTIC. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She will do everything she can to make sure you leave satisfied. If you are unhappy with anything at all, she will do her best to make things right (although, I’ve never had a complaint!). My first time here, she was helping a client fix another salons terrible manicure. I had to wait a bit to be seen, but she was meticulous when it was my turn and even gave me a discount to apologize for the wait! I’ve never had a more clean and perfect manicure as I have here (dip and gel). The establishment is clean, welcoming, and in a great location (historic Herndon, right next to a public parking lot!). You can tell that this salon is well-managed. I can’t say enough about this place! Just try it yourself and you’ll see the quality service they give! Here are some pics of my nails from today! I got a gel pedicure from Nina and a dip manicure with Kristy. I am so happy with how it turned out! Ready to get these babies to the beach ASAP."
