"I usually don’t write many reviews but I had to for this. For starters, there is no name that indicates the location of the business so you have to call to figure out where the business is. When I got into the building I was only greeted by one nail tech which was not the one doing my nails. The lady who was doing my nails said nothing to me and seemed tired or something. I’m not faulting her for being tired or even having a bad day because we all do but if you know that you aren’t ready to work and maintain a professional attitude, then you shouldn’t be servicing customers. I asked for something and instead of her politely saying “yes or no” she sighs and acts as if the world is ending because I had a request. Every one of the customers that came to the other nail tech was greeted in a super polite manner and I only wished I had gotten that service. I don’t even care if we didn’t talk for the remainder of the appointment but having a good greeting and a great attitude sets the tone for the rest of the appointment. One lady came in and sat down with the other nail tech and mentioned that she had gotten lost as well so that goes back to the location issue I mentioned at the beginning…Please get the customer service in order."

"I had a great experience at this nail salon. Jessica one of the nail tech is very nice and understanding on the choices for the nails I wanted. She took her time and my acrylic nails came out beautiful. I suggested not too big and thick like other places and they look very natural. I had many comments about it being my real nails. Its not that pricey they do have "After Pay" if you can't afforded the amount of price. I paid like $11 that day."
