"As a walk-in I was seen right away, which was very nice. However, when it started to get really busy I felt like she started to rush through my nails. The lady doing my nails was very distracted by everything going on in the salon and not really paying as much attention to the work she was doing. My nails turned out okay, but they’re definitely not perfect. Some uneven shaping and lengths, but I can live with it. I may give them one more chance before I move on to try a new salon."

"I have been coming here for a bit and seeing Kenny. Today he left while I was there waiting for my appt with him without telling me. The lady who did my nail fill instead ripped ALL MY NAILS OFF …RIPPEDD. On one hand when only one nail needed to be replaced. I’m asking her I’m getting a fill? And she saying all the nails are loose that Kenny did a Bad job last time with my NEW SET. Cut them short super fast when I was trying to stop her, they were not all loose cause my finger beds hurt from her ripping all my acrylics off on one hand . She then tried to charge me full set price for ripping off all my nails when I just asked for a fill. And now my hand are mismatched? One hand new set? One old? Lost a loyal client today ."

"The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. I walked in at around 12pm on a Friday and there was a customer seated with each tech. Even though they were busy I was greeted and asked what I wanted. After waiting around 5 minutes Tammy was the tech who took care of me and my gel pedicure. I got the lemongrass pedicure. Tam Ni was very gentle and thorough with the service and was accessible to communicate with. She removed my ingrown toenails with no pain and checked to make sure my hot towels were not too hot. There are 4 walls of color options which is easily the most options I’ve seen at any salon. Thank you Fancy Nails for making me feel fancy and thank you Tammy for the great experience."
