"I was in search of a nail salon when I moved out here back in May, I found Sterling Nails on the next door app and was referred to Linda, I went to Linda about 3 visits and went to another woman named Kathy, for another 2 visits. My experience with Linda were different than my past experiences with salons. Linda doesn't like when you rest your palm/fingers on hers while she works on the nails ( thumb or index finger) she will nudge your hand in a disgusted way or move your hand. She doesn't try as hard to do the design that you want.. it's rushed, and she Over charges for about everything, from the size of the nails to the time she is spending on you. She's aggressive when handing your hands, and that is why I stopped going to her and went to Kathy. Kathy is very sweet and I enjoyed her company, . She works very hard, and enjoys good talks. Sadly, the complaint I have is she has a heavy hand with the drill. She has hurt me on more than one occasion and my nails are probably gonna have to recover from the nail being dug by the drill once I am done with acrylics. My cuticles were shaved to much and it caused my skin to peal back within a short time. Some of the nails werent up to my expectations an they chipped right away. She has great prices and tries her best with designs. I have since found somewhere else to go for the same prices and but better services."

"I just get a basic manicure, no polish with a buff and shine. Annie was pleasant and the shop was clean but my manicure was very rushed. It took ten minutes with none of the finishing snips and tweaks. My nails aren’t smooth or shiny from the buffing because it was so fast. No attention to detail. I’ve never had a faster manicure! I also asked for square round and was given round. The kicker was the price tag. I was shocked when Annie told me the charge was $28. I normally go to Grace Nails and pay $17. I work at Radiance Salon in Broadlands and we charge $30 but are a high-end salon. Annie said the manicure was $22 and the buff was $6. But it only took ten minutes and I was rushed out of there. There are much better places with better service at a lower price."

"Unfortunately I went here for a pedicure with Linda, it was nice but, a few days later I noticed I had some type of fungus growing on the sides under my gel! I tried to resolve with a refund but they were very unwilling. Please protect your health by not going here. I have no idea they’re cleaning process but obviously not very well."

"After a $50 nail refill my gel polish came off, kathy did fix it but 3 days after she fixed my nails 3 days later they started to fall off again. I didn't bother calling again. Gel nails should last longer then a week. 1st photo was 2 days after my visit, 2nd photo was one week after kathy "fixed" my nails."
