Divine Nail Spa Ashburn

"I rarely treat myself to a pedi/mani, but when I do, I like to get a long massage and really feel pamper. I paid for the top fanciest pedi/mani spa they had available and it was a waste of money. For $100 I got... Nails started that chipped two days later. The manicure took maybe 20min, there was absolutely nothing "spa" about it. No massage, no hot wax, no nothing, just cheap gel polish. The "spa" pedicure was just some color salt and a hot towel, there was no much of a massage as the technician only knew one movement, and spent 30min massaging one spot on my feet. He didn't care or pretended no to hear me when I asked him to rub the rest of my feet and my legs. Now I know why I was the only person in that place on a Saturday afternoon. Definitely taking my business somewhere else."

"I did a walk-in appointment to get new dip nails and within less than 24 hours one of them has cracked and one has chipped. I’ve never seen this happen with dip powder before and will stick to getting my nails done at Anthony Vince in One Loudoun."

"Update: One hour into posting this review I took a shower and 2 more nails fell off my left hand and 1 from the right. This is so bad!! Never had an experience like this. I don’t know if the technician didn’t prep my nail plate properly. I had to take them all off sadly. Pictures added. ——————————————————- Unfortunately my gel nails are falling off in less than 48 hours. One of them came off completely and some of them are starting to lift up on the other hand. Not a good experience. $73 dollars plus tip down the drain. I’ve been to this place before and they have been really good but I’m not sure what happened this time. Pedicure is good no issues there."
