"My nails chipped terribly within 4 hours of getting a gel manicure. I had to go in the next morning to get it fixed. Also, the nail tech was very rude and gave me an attitude throughout my experience."

"I went at 430pm to get a pedicure. The shop does not close until 7pm. No sign saying we are closing early. I walk in and I was asked can I be helped. I said I would like a pedicure and the person hesitated. I was asked to sign in, I did and the said it would be 5 minutes. I was wondering why I had to wait 5 minutes when the shop was completely empty I sat down and waited and then was told they were closing so they can't do my pedicure. I was truly upset. I felt like I was judge for being a woman of color when I walked in. I've never experienced this in my life. This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars."

"Do not go to her. She rushed me from the time that I got in the chair until the end. I got French tips. Her work was sloppy and she did the tips too large and uneven. When I asked her to fix them she handed me back $10 after I paid $65 for a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. I told her I would like them redone and she refused to redo them. Her coworker was nice enough to redo them for me. She was very rude and walked out in the middle of service. I also watched her turn down a customer she told can come in. The woman complain that she had drove all the way there just to be turned around. Her excuse was that they are overbooked. Because of her I will never come back to this location again."

"I did my nails less than 48 hrs ago. You should be able to tell from the pic, the reason behind this business earning 1 star; unfortunately i can’t put zero. Besides the quality polish, I did a gel manicure btw. The nail tech, a woman for reference, gave me the worst attitude upon asking her the cost. I’m used to paying 30 for a gel manicure. She told me to pay 38 so I asked for her prices and she showed me a book which had 35 &up. If u look at my short nails there is no “and up” over here lol. Anyway, she got upset took the book and told me no, u pay 38. Which was fine since I knew I’d never return. It was her disgusting attitude for me; I mean, why would u get upset if ur prices in this book was not updated that’s not my fault. And then she asked if I was from the area, insinuating that that was the price in that area. Needless to say, my experience was not pleasant. Customer service, quality of the gel polish and the fact that this business over charges is the reasons u should do what I will do and that’s to never patronize this establishment again!"
