Envision Nails

"The short, male technician is extremely rude. As a loyal and regular costumer to Envision, I’ve been going here for YEARS despite the raising prices. However, I was extremely disgusted by the fact that this technician complained to my face about changing colors because he “wanted to go home and eat chicken” after be insisted that every color he put on, looked bad on my skin tone. I work in customer service, it can be annoying, however it’s extremely unprofessional to complain and be annoyed to the customer like are you insane?? Firstly, as a paying costumer, unless I ask your opinion on a color especially when it comes to my skin tone, keep your comments to yourself unless it’s said in a helpful way (which is was not.) I like the owner here and the female technicians are extremely nice and PATIENT. Another costumer literally had to assist me because he was too rude and concerned with himself to do so. So if you choose to come here, avoid the short male one."

"My family & I been going to Envision Nails a little over 2 years now. Today however in the middle of my service my technician stopped & stated that she would return in 2 minutes. 25 minutes later I was still waiting for her to return. When I inquired what was going on I was informed that the technician was attending to her appointment. Initially I came in and requested a gel manicure and pedicure my pedicure was completed however my manicure was not, I was left with my natural nails soaking in acetone for 25 minutes. If only one service could have been provided I should have been informed that way I can make a better accommodation for myself. Instead my service was interrupted and I was left unattended to without proper explanation. I paid for my pedicure and I left. I never received an apology from the technician nor owner. I was the only person of color in the facility. I will not recommend this business to anyone looking for exceptional and considerate services."

"I really loved my experience here! I don’t get my nails done often but I showed up with a photo (not quite sure what to ask for) and the technician 100% understood and came through with exactly what I asked for. Very pleased with the results and I will be back here for sure!"
