"I came in with a friend to get my nails done, while choosing my color the nail technician Emily went to the back for 20 minutes. When she finally returned, she chose not to acknowledge me and I was told someone else would do my nails after 2 people were put ahead of me. I'll never return."
"If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been coming her for over 10 years and I every time I walk in the customer service gets worse. They literally will pick and chose who they want to see when they want to see now. I thought I would give them one more last shot. When I went in, they didn’t even greet me at the door and ask me what service I would like. I’ve never been a problem customer. They’ve lost me as a customer for good!"
"Horrible experience I had to take a couple of days to decompress from my experience at this shop on Saturday May 27th. I had a gel pedi, removal of old acrylic extensions, and acrylic overlay on my nails with gel polish. Not only was customer non-existent, there was zero communication, the massage on the chair barely worked, there was improper hygiene practice, they used non-approved tools on my feet, the polish was watered down, they rough handled me, and I was called a racial slur. Additionally, my middle L finger was sliced with the use of the electric drill device used on me and when I was bleeding a random blue liquid and acetone was used to stop the bleeding. As you can imagine the burning pain from those chemicals made me pull my hand back but my hand was snatched back. I had to demand the opportunity to wash my hand. I bled on the towel, which was folded and kept on the table when the next client sat down. The lack of hygienic practices and following of infection control practices gave me great pause. I was over charged and when I inquired about the charge, especially looking at the condition of my nails I was called a racial slur and cheap. She offered a $10 discount but never even removed it. I was charged $100 for the worse experience ever. The tip of my finger is still incredibly painful and slightly swollen. Avoid this place if you are from a minority racial group, want customer service, and expect quality results. See pictures below, you can see the layers of hardened acrylic under my nails, which is also not hygienic and the slice injury from the drill tool. I would leave zero stars if I could."
"I wasn't going to do this review until I visited another time, thinking that today was just an 'off' day. But I am quite bothered by my experience today. I used to go to this place often, but because of covid and moving out of the area, I had not been in about two years. Here I was telling people that I never had an issue with these people. I never felt disrespected, the prices were fair. So I went yesterday, with my daughter. The first thing I noticed is that no one even acknowledged us when we came in. Back then, you were greeted when you entered the shop; they would ask what services you wanted. Not this time. We waited for a long time. Three people in the shop came towards the front, and none of them said anything. One of the techs could acknowledge that my grandchild was playing in an empty seat. There was a wall near the fish tank and she proceeded to come and say something about that, but couldn't speak when we came in. So finally, someone addressed me and some other lady, but not my daughter, even though we came in at the same time and the other lady came in after us...from what I saw. Not unless this lady was here before us and came back, but that made no sense because if that's the case, once somebody leaves, they lose their turn if other people come...I would think. So, when the owner started on me, I let her know that they skipped over my daughter. My daughter sat in the chair next to me, and then someone came to give her a pedicure. I came in to only get a pedicure with two nail designs, but ended up getting that and a full set with the french manicure design. My pedicure felt rushed. I ended up paying $88. And I'm thinking, what the--- Well, I guess I won't get them both done at the same time again, if I decide to go back there. I really wasn't expecting that price. I'm usually a pedicure and eye brow wax type of girl. I get nails done even now and then. From what I could see, there was no prices listed. I asked one of the ladies how much for a full set and she said $45. I thought a pedicure would be no more than about $30...To think that I drove all the way over there to be treated in such a way. I'm going to have to find someplace else to go."
"Today I wanted basic manicure for myself and mom. My mom was assigned a tech. However the manager preferred to work on her passport. She acknowledged that she heard I wanted a manicure. I will be searching for another place."
