"Nice place but very short staff and regardless how long you've been going there they stick to the rules no cut ins or butt-ins. Better to make apt by texting but they need a deposit so it kinda blows. Also they only take cash and thats inconvenient"

"If I could do less than 1 I would. I booked by text and paid a deposit. My receipt said Kristee so I went in and asked for Kristee. The person who was assigned my nails, Ann, became upset and made me wait almost 20 minutes. Apparently from what Kristee said, Ann was offended that I asked for Kristee (the person on the receipt). Kristee was nasty as I tried to explain that Im not familiar with their process. I do not trust people who can not remain professional through small mixups and who so easily disrespect their potential new customers. Large place with only a couple people working. Place was empty and I see why."

"They are very pleasant. Do an awesome job and price is reasonable. Depends on what time you go there's sometimes a wait. So it's best to go on different days and times to see what day is less traffic. Tina and Danny owner do my nails. But I'm sure the others do a great job also."

"Waited 45 minutes for my appointment services to begin bc Anna was working on someone else when I got there so i cant give 5 stars. Since I asked for one person to do all my services, no one ever asked me if another tech could begin my pedicure. That made me very angry. My time is just as precious as the tech's, right? . Had I been 45 minutes late getting there, would that be ok???? On to there services... I got a gel fill in, basic pedicure, brow wax and lashes installed. Anna did a wonderful job. I was well pleased with the outcome. She worked to fix imperfections from my previous services elsewhere and I left feeling confident in how I looked as a result of her work. I'm a new resident in the area and I rate places often. Other than the very late start, I'd recommend this place and Anna."
