"Word of advice if you need medication or a prescription filled you would do well to find a different location, this is in fact the WORST pharmacy my wife and I have ever had to deal with. Ridiculous wait times no matter what day or time you go , rude , dismissive staff and an overall unwillingness from all of them to help anyone in any situation makes anytime going to this pharmacy absolute torture and a nightmare. Forget 0 stars there should be an option to give negative stars because this place deserves it..again do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The lines here are insane, the service sucks, they never answer their phone. I just waited in line outside for 30 min and got to the window only to be told that they couldn’t help me and that I’d have to come inside and wait in that line. I have been trying to pick up my prescription for three days and it’s always something! I will drive to a pharmacy that is further away just so I don’t have to deal with these people!"

"CVS used to be my favorite store place to shop but now is the worst experience you will have. I just did decided to give this location a try after waiting for 3 hours in Millersville last month to get a prescription. Here is not just the time, is the unprofessional staff they have at the pharmacy. They show no respect for patients. The lady at the register tonight threw medication below the counter after realizing the patient did not have $2.00 and some change to afford a prescription she was picking up. When it was my turn I told her I was there to pick up 2 prescriptions. She responded : Ok. And looked at me like I was stupid. Isn’t she supposed to lead the conversation and tell me what information she needed first? Last name or birthdate? Probably this is how people is trained nowdays. After 24 hours one of may prescription was not even ready. When I tried to inquiry she acted with an attitude. She feels she is doing us a favor. No madam, we are the ones choosing CVS. But is time to change for me. We need to be treated with dignity and respect. That’s all"

"Had to switch to this pharmacy from another pharmacy due to an insurance change. I've been waiting over a week for one of my daughter's medications and I call in and they go oh well we don't have that one but we have the generic. No one said anything about that before or offered it. Then when I tried to transfer medications using their app from another pharmacy for myself I'm told by the pharmacist or whoever I spoke to on the phone that their app doesn't work to do that. When you call customer service you're also told oh well it doesn't work with certain insurances but there's no notification on the website that says otherwise. I get they don't have any control over the app but they did 100% have control over telling me that my daughter's medication could have been switched to a generic brand, as a new customer very disappointed already."

"As with any CVS the convenience store items are insanely over priced, twice as much as you'll see at a store like Walmart, and God help you if you pick up your prescriptions here. The pick up line is routinely 10+ people long and takes well over 30 minutes of waiting to get through. The drive through pharmacy window is closed because they can't even keep up with the people picking up in the store, so don't waste your time waiting for someone to answer you at the window."
