"We took our new pup to PMCS for his first round of vaccines. We weren’t impressed with the vet we saw, and then found out a week after they ran his fecal that he has parasites, after I asked them for the fecal results. Zero response from the clinic when I asked why they did not contact me to discuss the positive results, nor would they respond to my request for treatment options. They clearly don’t care about their patients’ health. I’m incredibly disappointed by this level of customer service. I absolutely do not recommend PMCS for your furbabies - there are far more responsive and caring vets in the area."

"Everyone here loves and takes good care of the patients. The vets are up on the latest medical treatments and kept our cat Patrick living with good quality of life for 18 years. When he was wearing sunglasses and wrapped in a beach towel after lazar treatment he looked so cute that the vet took a picture of him and texted it to us. This is one of the examples of the extra care pets receive at this practice."
