"I would like to give 5 stars for Giant pharmacy specifically for their front desk helper, Sohaila. Every time I go to pick up my medications, I watch how she tries to help everyone and provide the best and quick service to the clients. She is sweet and friendly and always tries to help. The pharmacists are helpfulas well, in particular one of them, which unfortunately I don't have her name."

"What's the point to call in a script & you get there an hour after they say when it's going to be ready and they say oh it's not ready. Your a civilian, last I checked Giant isn't a military base. So then im told it will be ready in 30 minutes. Nope I left. Needs better customer service rude people."

"I would give 5 stars if they were open more. I have always had good experiences with this pharmacy. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and seem to genuinely care about their patients. We have had immunizations there, both by appointment and walk-in, and all have been positive experiences."

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every time my physician sends in an electronic RX it is never ready when I arrive a few hours later. They always ask if I can shop for half an hour so they can prepare it. This is EVERY time! When I am sick, I want my prescription so that I can get home and not have to go back out. I do not want to shop in the grocery store. What are they doing back there that causes a three hour wait?"
