"When returning my furniture after only one month not even (it wasn't being used) the guys came and picked it up today and literally dragged the couches and threw them on the truck I reported it to the associate on duty Brian also when they called and told me they were outside I asked if they call 45 mins before they asked me who told me that which now I'm thinking they are new, and they weren't turns out they been around for a while so Brian told me they didn't speak no good customer service all around bad energy! Im going to follow up with a manager, some people just don't fit their job description to me!"

"Terrible costumer service. My furniture was supposed to come today and no one called after I’ve already paid one months payment last week. When I called the agent on phone couldn’t find my file and had to call back when the manager called back she had a bad attitude told me I was denied and went on talking I asked why what was wrong she said my information didn’t pan out I asked what information because I know all my information was correct she said my cousin said she was a long time friend I asked did they call my landlord , my boss yes ok and that was all correct yes so because my cousin said that and she said yes. But no one planned on calling me to refund my cash or let me know what was going on when I’m sitting here waiting for furniture."
