"Never in my life have I had a stylist damage my hair until I went to this salon and Michelle did my hair. I was going back to blonde, after box color red, so I knew it was a process and would be multiple sessions. I went for my 2nd session, and a week later I noticed that my hair had begun to break off all over in different spots! I no longer had healthy hair. I had short, uneven cut, uneven color, dry, damaged hair. Michelle didn't even bother to tell me that my hair was damaged and instead booked me for a 6 week appt for a 3rd session to continue lightening!!!! She would have completely destroyed my hair even worse than it is! So now I'm paying tons of money on products, and going to another stylist who actually knows what she's doing, to TRY to repair my damages hair, thanks to Michelle. She is definitely not well trained and could use some more lessons on how to do blonde hair. Not only that, but she also overcharged me. She verbally agreed to a set price for all of my sessions, then when I went to my 2nd session, she charged me double! Claims to not remember setting the price for me, so I should've got that in writing. My mistake. Do not recommend this stylist at all! They are very unprofessional, and unknowledged stylists who could use more training on what not to do. Please beware and do your research before going to this salon and stylist! Don't end up with damaged hair like me! I'm attaching pictures of my damaged hair with all the short, broken pieces of hair. I havent had it colored or anything since then until today to keep it from damaging more."
