"The first time I went here, the male employee, after expressing I wasn’t completely happy with the turnout of my nails, told me “you can’t be so picky”. The next time I went, the female employee, was very unwelcoming. She then had me place my hands in boiling acetone (I’m aware of it having lower boiling point than water, but was still extremely hot) and only turned off the hot plate once I was noticeably uncomfortable. She then proceeded to drill my nails until I would pull away from it burning. On top of that, my nails came out very thick, but after my response from the last time I expressed concern, I didn’t even bother. Overall two uncomfortable experiences, I do not see myself returning."

"First off let me start by saying that I love my nails this is the best set of nails I have had in a long time so with that being said this place does amazing nails very polite and not overly priced if u want a nice relaxing comfortable and some amazing nails then this is the place. I will be driving from New Martinsville West Virginia to Bellaire Ohio to get my nails done from now on. I'm thinking bout getting my toes done when I go back for a fill."

Very polite professional definitely knew what they were doing were easily able to spot and correct mistakes that were made to the current set of nails that I had from another facility. I felt welcomed and cared for and was treated perfect I absolutely recommend absolutely recommend this place"
